• Booking will be confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
• All guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID during the journey.
• Hotel check-in and check-out timings are subject to the respective hotel's policy.
• Rooms are provided on the selected sharing basis (Double/Triple/Quad Sharing) as booked.
• The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
• Any additional sightseeing, personal expenses, adventure activities, entry tickets, meals not mentioned in the itinerary, or transportation not included in the package will be charged separately.
• Adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and are undertaken entirely at the guest's own risk.
• The company shall not be responsible for delays, accidents, natural disasters, loss of baggage, theft, injury, or any circumstances beyond its control.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.
• Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property by the guest shall be borne by the guest.
• Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Pickup and drop timings must be followed. Delays caused by guests may lead to itinerary changes without compensation.
• By confirming the booking, the guest agrees to all the above terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

1.If cancellation done prior to 30 days of outing 90% will be refunded
2.If done prior to 20 days of outing 75% will be refunded
3.If done prior to 10 days of outing 50% will be refunded
4.After that no refund will be provided
5.No show No Refund
6.Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation
7.Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation
